Jiangsu Mengfan Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Tongzhou Development Zone, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It has a registered capital of 10 million yuan, 63 employees, 5 senior engineers, and has quality inspection, sales, research and development, technology, finance and other departments. Since its establishment, it has provided high-quality products for many large enterprises and government agencies across the country. In addition to undertaking the port machinery products of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries, the company group has also undertaken the steel structure production of port machinery equipment of Wuxi Huadong Heavy Industries, as well as the assembly and installation of finished products. Basic information
1. Business scope: production and sales of port machinery accessories (specific content is subject to the industrial and commercial business license) (including the production of steel structures, metal processing of products, and sandblasting and painting);
2. Investment scale: total investment of about RMB 80 million, registered capital of RMB 30 million, of which fixed asset investment (including plant decoration and equipment) is about RMB 64 million, and total equipment investment is not less than RMB 32 million;
3. Production scale: annual production of 20,000 tons of port machinery accessories, it is expected that after reaching full production, it can achieve annual sales revenue of about RMB 96.8 million, annual operating profit of RMB 15.8 million, and annual tax revenue of RMB 8 million;
4. Plant area: currently rented plant area of about 22,000m2, located in Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park, Nantong City.
5. Fixed equipment, etc.: 60 carbon machines, 13 carbon planers, 10 air compressors, sandblasting equipment and painting equipment, 1 rolling machine, 2 CNC lathes, 3 boring machines, 3 large and medium-sized gantry milling machines, 1 sawing machine, lifting equipment (26 cranes), 3 forklifts, 3 heavy trailers, 1 light truck, 2 cutting machines, 4 welding positioners, 1 milling machine, 1 shearing machine, 1 I-beam straightening machine and other equipment.

Key achievements: From 2022, our company will produce more than 100 tire crane legs, 95 saddle beams, about 120 trolley frames, 24 trolley cranes, and many supporting parts for Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Nantong Branch. The quality of the products has been recognized by multiple supervisors and users, especially the quality of the trolley frames produced by our company has been recognized by Maersk. Our company is the designated subcontractor for the production of trolley frames by Maersk supervisors.
